Go to https://netflix.com/redeem. Enter the 11-digit PIN code from your receipt. If you already have a Netflix account, you can enter this code by selecting Redeem gift card or promo code from your account page. The balance of your gift card will be added to your account and your next payment will be taken from the gift card balance.

Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are non-refundable. Once a Netflix gift card is applied to an account, you can watch Netflix until the gift card balance runs out. Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
