Purchasing Cross Border Summit 2025 tickets on HAMZA Marketplace is subject to the following terms and conditions. This is a digital product, and no physical ticket will be provided. An e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your email address is verified and correct.

1. Purchase Agreement & Order Confirmation
   When you place your order on HAMZA Marketplace, you will receive an e-ticket via email. It is your responsibility to verify that the email address provided is accurate and accessible to receive the e-ticket.

2. Delivery Responsibility
   The Seller is solely responsible for delivering the e-ticket to the email address you specify during the purchase process. HAMZA Marketplace is not responsible for any issues related to the delivery of the e-ticket.

3. HAMZA’s Role & Limitation of Liability
   HAMZA does not provide refunds for Cross Border Summit 2025 ticket purchases.
   HAMZA cannot be held liable for any disputes, delays, non-delivery of the e-ticket, or issues related to the event itself.
   HAMZA may assist in facilitating communication between you and the Seller but will not intervene in dispute resolution or process refunds.

4. Refunds for Non-Attendance
