Purchasing BigWater's Jupiter air purifier on HAMZA Marketplace is subject to a pre-sale process, meaning you will not receive immediate delivery. The following additional terms and condition apply for this specific transaction:

 

1. Pre-Sale Agreement & Order Confirmation

When you place your order on HAMZA, you will receive a Pre-Sale Contract in PDF format via email. You must sign this contract via DocuSign to confirm your acceptance. Your order will only be processed once the signed contract is received.

 

2. Payment Release Upon Pre-Sale Agreement Signature

After signing the Pre-Sale Agreement with the Seller, you will receive a notification to release the payment held in escrow under the smart contract. You must confirm and approve the release of funds for the transaction to proceed.

 

3. Delivery Responsibility

The Seller is solely responsible for delivering the product to the shipping address you provide. The delivery date will be specified in the Pre-Sale Agreement. Currently, we only ship to these countries:

4. HAMZA’s Role & Limitation of Liability

HAMZA is NOT a party to the Pre-Sale Contract between you and the Seller.

HAMZA does not provide warranties on the product’s functionality, quality, delivery, or fulfillment.

HAMZA cannot be held liable for any disputes, delays, non-delivery, or issues with product quality.

HAMZA may assist in facilitating communication between you and the Seller but will not intervene in dispute resolution or process refunds.

 

5. Your Recourse in Case of Non-Delivery or Defective Product

If the Seller fails to deliver the product on time, does not deliver at all, or delivers a defective product, your sole recourse is against the Seller.

You must notify the Seller promptly and attempt to resolve the issue directly.

If the Seller does not respond or refuses to address the issue, you may pursue legal remedies as specified in the Pre-Sale Agreement.

 

6. Buyer’s Responsibilities

You are responsible for carefully reviewing the Pre-Sale Agreement before signing.

You should inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects or issues directly to the Seller immediately.

 

By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge that HAMZA’s role is limited to providing the marketplace platform and that all claims related to this transaction must be directed to the Seller.
